Seasonal affective disorder..

I didn't really ever get it until I lived in Indiana. I'd get really depressed in the long cold dark winters....

Now even here in So Cal with the mild winter, but getting dark at 5pm is making me feel blah!


Anyone else suffer from this?

I know a couple people who are affected by it. Sometimes phototherapy is helpful.

I have it, but it doesn't set it until about 2-3 days straight of crappy weather.

 

better S.A.D. than B.A.D. that's what my psych resident always say.

 

oh, just to rub it in, today it was in the 80s

however, we just had a cold front roll in. now its in the 40s
