Anyone else get S.A.D.
I get it too, exact same way - never noticed/understood it until I moved back north after many years in the sun belt.
Norcal has pretty mild winters, but it's the early sunsets and overall gloom that gets me down this time of year.

Seasonal affective disorder..
I didn't really ever get it until I lived in Indiana. I'd get really depressed in the long cold dark winters....
Now even here in So Cal with the mild winter, but getting dark at 5pm is making me feel blah!
Anyone else suffer from this?

Yeah I get it, my brother gets it really bad though. He moved from Toronto (not overly rainy but winters can get a little dreary) to Vancouver (definitely rainy but not overly snowy. Still drab.) to now living in England (WTF?)
He's moving back to Canada in 6 months.
Keep posters and pictures on your walls of nice sunny hot places and go hit up a tanning bed. I don't care how tan I am but really enjoy how when you go in there and close your eyes you could be on a beach or a dock somewhere. Very relaxing and refreshing.

I'm happier in the warmer weather/longer days, better for top down driving.

Even if its around 60 degrees, you can still turn the heater on and drive top down! If it gets below 60, it blows!

to all of you buried in snow
