Default Anyone else into WRC?

I've had Speedvision on this morning watching a look back at the 2001 World Ralley Cup season. I really never gave it much of look before today, but it's a gas! In the mud, fog, rain, and snow they really get after it. Why is it that Honda is not involved? Anyone know?

I'm not sure but I think Honda used 2 have the Civic hatchback as a rally car.

Can't recall ever seeing a civic in the WRC, though they are allover the Canadian version. Which pretty much blows. I spent the better part of the day watching, though I knew the results, it was still time well wasted

I always find WRC more interesting than F1, Indy, LeMans except JGTC though don't ask me why ... But WRC drivers look more professional, drifting, power sliding, driving at high speeds in conditions which allow little or no mistake. And seriously, looking at road cars appeal more to me nevertheless.

Speedvision has opened my eyes to many forms of auto racing not seen before in the states. The WRC is definitely one of my favorite series now

There is about 1000% less room for error in WRC than F1 also. I also agree that WRC drivers are the best in teh world.
It takes a lot of trust, bravery, skill and just plain SACK to go 150 kph around a blind turn in a small town with a 200 meter drop off on one side and a rock wall covered with spectators on the other. I wish it would come to America,I dont see why they can call it World Rally without including the ole USA.

I spent almost all day today wathcing the 2001 season of WRC in review.....I freakin' love rally racing. Also the American LeMans is at the top of my list.......Speedvision IS bliss when they focus on nothing but cars (can't really stand it when they get into airplane races, boat racing, and red-nex racing/shows (ie. drag and stock car races).

All day I've been asking myself, why Peugot doesn't make a re-entry to the American market with their 206 hatch? I think that I'd buy one.
