I have never used COD when doing an online transaction. i just wanted to get some info from members who have done a COD transaction.

I am planning to buy a set of wheels/tires from a member but he has no references and is pretty new to the forum. I told him that i would pay for the wheels COD and he is fine with that. Neither of us know anything about COD's.

Does the seller need to go through a postal company like fedex or usps to get the COD transaction started?

if anyone can give me some info to get started that would be great.
