Default Anyone finished filing their taxes?

I finished mine over the weekend and submitted them electronically. I really wish they could make more tax reductions available to the common man...

Yep, did mine on Thursday night. Our little tax deduction didn't arrive until 01/04/05, so I figure I'll just take that $3100 out of her college fund, let her skip lunch for a while...

Damn. Instead of waiting until now to get that money back, you could have used it to finance another S2000!

Anyway, I did mine a week ago. 1040EZ for me.

Where's the "Single & Childless" deduction? I don't have any little crumb-snatchers running about and using up local, state or federal education dollars.
