Reading more about this....I don't have it. My pain is not that severe and sounds more like something listed in my google seacrch as cloromoschmiglieosis or something like that. Another harmless thingy.

seriously though, this thing hurts so badly, i wonder what a real heart attack feels like.

 

There are hundreds of causes of chest pain, many of which have very similar symptoms. I would not rely on the internet to diagnose a potentially harmful condition.

 

I get these catches, too. Never knew they had a name nor have I ever met anyone that had 'em or knew what they were. My wife thinks I'm crazy when I get stuck trying to get out of bed/off the couch and can't breath. Mine vary greatly in the pain level. Some I can "pop" by breathing deeply. Others I have to remain motionless and let it work itself out.
