Default Anyone here sell Honda's??

Just wondering if anyone here works at a Honda Dealership.. I'm thinking of starting a job at one near me, and was hoping for some advice from experienced professionals. I've got a degree in Mechanical Engineering, but there are no jobs around here and I'm about out of $$$.. This will be employment while I return to school for an MBA and/or get back into engineering... Any help, advice, words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated... Thanks..

Well, I got the job, but I just couldn't bring myself to accept it.. It was one of those times where I just felt like I didn't belong. Don't get me wrong, the people were fine, it's just that it didn't feel like a good fit for me. That plus the fact that there was no base salary made me steer away. Thanks to those that gave advice...

Commission jobs are very tough at first...yet rewarding down the road if you work hard at it. I can't say that I think you made the right or wrong decision in your exact case, but the car business is fairly shady at times, even my old roommate tells me the stuff they do at his Acura dealership and I don't always like it. You'll find something just keep at it and down get down on yourself, it takes time.

PS- No offense to anyone here, I have seen some very ethical dealerships, yet others can be very shady (as in any line of business for that matter, just seems to be more highly publicized on the news, etc. for the car biz)
