I like the Tampa Bay area (since 1967), and I'm hoping adverse comments like these will discourage any more people from adding to our congestion!

Hey Hey Tampa Bay!

Palmateer - I've been here since '67 too. I live in Pinellas and work in Tampa.

Lots of changes, such as the traffic described above. I can't say that I would move though because of that, you tried Atlanta lately, or for that matter anyplace that has grown quickly in the last 20 years? Depends on what you like to do. How about driving the S2K, top down, for 12 months out of the year? How about playing golf for 12 months out of the year? Boating, fishing, beaching - um, I guess beach babes don't count. Sorry Sondra you didn't like it, I know others too. But if I had to pick sides I'm with Palmateer. Come on down, enjoy our state, bring your tourist $$$ and then we'll see you next year.

True story Don H.

We gave them all they could handle for three nights at their home field. Even blew away their prize starter. Finally a win. Now the Yanks! Ouch, another team we have our problems with.

I'm waiting for football season. Send the Pats down!

I'm 45 min South of Tampa, and I like to keep it that way!
I'll agree with everyone, Tampa needs some serious help with traffic!
Farther south like sarasota, ft myers, and naples are really nice places to live tho
LOTS of blue hairs during the winter but thats pretty much the whole state

Hi Venom:

Got a condo on Siesta Key. Lew Hall lives in Nakomis. Plus the guys in the Tampa area. Lots of S2K owners in the area. I am going to bring mine to Florida when I retire next year.
