Anyone see a trend with younger siblings settling
So yesterday I found out that I'm going to be an Uncle. Pretty cool no doubt, but my brother and his wife are 4 years younger than me (22). I am still single (and loving it
though I do have a g/f).
I have also seen this same thing with 2 other friends of mine. both of their younger siblings are aleady married and are pregnant and both the older siblings are still single and taking their time with the whole settling down deal.
So anyone else seeing this?
My guess is that the younger ones "grow up" quicker than the older ones b/c they have us to look up to when they were growing up. I know my brother did learn what not to do by seeing what I did (life situations, finances, etc).

My older brother (by 2.5 years) got married before me. He is also now divorced. I've had the same g/f for quite a while now, but am not ready to tie the knot. His experiences have helped me learn, thats for sure.
my cousins both got married before their older brother.
im fairly certain that my younger sister will get married before me. judging by track records and how i havent had a gf in a few years and she has had a few serious relationships.
