I quit when the price jumped from 35 cents a pack to an outrageous 50 cents a pack....at that time I smoked three packs a day, one pack of Camel unfiltered, one pack of Kool unfiltered, and a pack of Lucky Strikes also unfiltered.

Stop hanging around with smoker. That will help.

Smoked for 18 years, and quit when I was 31. Went cold turkey on New Years day but I'll still have a cig now and then, but only when I'm out getting shitfaced.

I can't stand the smell of cigs and smokers anymore, and I cant believe I used to reek like them.

when i couldn't breathe in the morning i just had to stop cold turkey. it definitely sucks not having a smoke when i'm drinking but even now i can feel my lungs affected just by 2nd hand smoke at bars.
