I was wondering if any of you Cox Cable internet subscribers have a internet videophone that works. My brother and I bought one but is seems not able to work with Cox Cable. I'm guessing we either bought the wrong phone, or Cox is trying to limit band-width abuse.

Did you check the default port that the software uses? You might try changing that port, or using a tunnel to circumvent their firewall.

Yes I understand. My brother thought it might be the firewall. I know he tried something to get around the firewall, but it didn't work. I'lll ask him if he used a tunnel.
