My job could be completely worked from home, but we don't have the option.

 

I'm currently working remotely 2 days a week, several people in my department are up to 3. My boss is working on getting me a 3rd day as well, and eventually they want us all to be 100% remote. Its fantastic for bad winter weather days too, we just have to notify them that we'll be home instead of in the office and they don't care.

Rather old/large insurance company here.
