I'm sure they made a lot more than $650,000 in profit selling that crap so this was probably no more than a slap on the wrist.

Having the owners remove it off their vehicles will be the hard part. If the aftermarket industry is not careful, they may get some regulation that they don't want, like the DOT having to certify every product before it can be sold. There are too many products that are designed for the street and illegal to use, and they hide behind the "off road use only" clause.
