Is it possible that someone had the same soda, and thought it was theirs? If not, and this is a repeat problem, put a post it on it saying its yours.

 

Can or plastic bottle? If it's a bottle, I can see lots of fun to be had...

here's an idea, keep the soda at your desk and when it's time, put ice in it to keep in cold

Fill 6 jars with piss in plain sight of your workers. . . put Mountain Dew in the 7th. . . place all of them in the fridge. . . note which is which.

 

A few years ago, we pulled a prank on someone who was known for stealing other people's sodas. We emptied a bottle of Coke about halfway and refilled it with a concoction of Worchester sauce, soy sauce, salt, pancake syrup, etc. We tightened the cap tight enough that it still looked sealed. Without the aid of a chemistry lab, you'd never be able to tell the difference.

Final result: He never stole anyone's soda again.
