Personally I don't think that a computer game adapting to someone's style of play is a form of AI. All that is happening is that a set of predetermined rules (set out by the programmer) are being used to adapt the game.
For it to be AI, the computer would need to be "learning" from previous experience what to expect from the player and then adapting without the use of preset rules .......
