Asian fruits?!!
When I was going to school I worked in the produce dept. of a grocery store. The bottom line is that these Asian fruits are not available in large quantities, good quality at reasonable prices. About once a year for a week in the store we would get Lychee nuts but the quality and taste was poor. I had a Vietnamese girlfriend who would go around all the neighborhoods late at night with her ninja friends and steal Mangos and Lychee nuts fresh from the trees. Her freshly stolen lychees were delicious but I thought she was wierd as she only ate Mangos that weren't ripe, she liked them hard and crunchy and ate them like an apple, skin and all.
Yeah, I'd love to have some of those tropical fruits here. I don't know why they don't import those while banana, also a tropical fruit, is everywhere.
I love ramputan (the red hairy on the outside), Jack fruit, durian, manglesteen, the sour/sweet fruit (not sure the name).

That's what all the Vietnamese ninjas called them, probably for the large seed in the middle!

There are many other fruits with large seeds, but as a whole, they are still fruits.
They dress in black and steal fruit in the middle of the night. They'll get 20lbs. of fruit in 2 minutes without making a sound. I am not going to try and correct them, imagine what they could do to my nuts in the middle of the night!

That's funny! Fruit stealing ninjas!
It's safe to say that we don't want to imagine what they'd do to your nuts.
