I don't care how people wear their clothes personally, but if it's legal to pass a law like that and they do, just wear your pants at the waist like they were designed if you don't want to get a fine. How hard is that?

I think we should pass a law requiring everyone to wear top hats. Just think how classy we'd be then!

I love this part: "The proposed ordinance states that 'the indecent exposure of his or her undergarments' would be unlawful in a public place."

As opposed to say, the decent exposure of his or her undergarments?

Guess they wouldn't like Toronto then.

Topless law allowing women (and men obviously) to walk around the whole city exposed. Never saw one person actually do it, except when they were fighting for the right. Soon as it was allowed, they shirted-up fast.

I'd actually like to see this passed.

...mostly because it doesn't affect me.

is all of Atlanta considering it, or is one guy making a suggestion to get some free press? Kind of a big difference, IMHO.

The amendment, sponsored by city councilman C.T. Martin, states that sagging pants are an "epidemic" that is becoming a "major concern" around the country.
Apparently, they've kicked traffic's ass and meth's, so now it's time work on saggy pants.
