Anyone here using a US Naval Observatory for Authoritative Time Server in Windows 2000 Server? I have two different USNO IPs and they both contain different times, there is a difference of 4 minutes between them. Anyone know why the times are off, shouldn't they be exactly identical? What are some of the USNO IPs that you use to set your SNTP?
