Default Attempted Theft of my Stock Rims on Navy Base

This past Friday I went outside to my car to get it ready for a car show on Saturday when I noticed Scratches and dent's on all of my rims. Each rim has pry marks under the center caps, dents around the lug nuts, and scratches all around the center of the rims. Why someone would do that, I just don't know. I called the police and they told me that there wasn't anything that they could do for me because there was no theft, it was just an attempt. All I could do is fill out a "personal statement". I guess this thread is just a way for me to vent. And to think that all of this happened on a Navy base were I work. If anybody else needs to vent about a related problem, feel free! I guess this means that I will have to get the Volk CE28N Mercury Silver!! !! And not drive my car to work anymore.

Nathan,

Knowing the base where you work this is surprising.

You missed a good time this weekend at Blue Angel.

Sorry to hear that.

I guess your not safe anywhere.

I'll start using my alarm at work now, instead of the factory locks that I've been using. But then again Pentagon and Bethesda are pretty tight on security and anything that's suspicious.

I wonder if the security is just tighter in military bases just around the National Capital Region...
