My old lady scraped up her rear bumper last week. Its minor stuff, I can handle it no problem. I paid $23 for 8 oz of PPG paint! PPG must be making a mint on this stuff.

Since its a bumper and I didn't have any flex agent, I asked for it. The guy told me that most of the shops aren't using it. I'm wondering if people are getting charged in their bills for additives they aren't receiving.
