OK, so I'm watching Average Joe right now. Watched it for like 15 minutes last week too. I'm usually still working when this show is on, but I'm sick today.
Anyway, as the guys were being pared down from 10 to 4, two New Yorkers were let go. One was from LI, not far from where I grew up, and another from Queens. Why in the hell did the show pick the 2 most stereotypical goofballs from LI/Queens??? Man, these guys were ridiculous caricatures of what people think Long Islanders are like. Don't get me wrong, growing up on the south shore of LI meant that I was very much a "guido sarducchi" type, but not everyone is like that. . . why does TV always find the biggest damn goofballs to be on national TV???
OK, rant over. . . just wanted to see what everyone else thinks about the doofuses on the show (if anyone else actually watches).
