Can't you just download a free copy of iTunes (or other software) and do the same thing yourself?

if that business proves out, that guy will have a gigantic music library, haha. i don't think i would take the trouble to send out my cds and have someone else burn them for me, though.

seems easier to rip from your computer to the ipod. cheaper too.

I'd say in this day and age, having napster/kazaa/itunes/limewire/ares and all those been out for a while, I dont know how many people have 500 cds. I think more people have 20-30, but have downloaded like 10,000 songs... Plus whenever I buy a cd I rip it to i can put it on my mp3 player. i don't compile 500 and then do it all at once

At least that's my situation...
