Default Awesome X-Games Vert Finals!!!

Anyone else see the finals last night? I'm not a skater but holy shit that was awesome! If you dig skating definitely check out a rerun. Everyone agreed that it was one of the sickest runs they had ever seen. It was really cool too cause the guy who won was the last to go and had been cheering on the other guys all day. The dude was possessed!

yes, quite incredible - skating and rollerblading has come quite a long way. makes me want to go out and get a board, but not many places around here to do that. ok, so I'll come out to the coast and skate on venice beach!

So who won?
IMO the X-games a actually a piece of cake compared to what pro street skaters do on an everyday basis.
Skateboarders will probably remember the Jeremy Wray gap between two giant cylindric oil reservoirs... that was hardcore!

Here's Tony Hawk's review and a link to the full article.

"I think these people came to see a show and they got to see way more than they ever expected. I think that Bob's run was the best vert run we've ever seen. It's insane I mean almost any trick he did, I'd say half his tricks, would be contenders for the Best Trick competition." - Tony.
