I've Been hanging wout with this girl for a while now and she has me confused(more so than typically). We got hooked up under the pretense of dating, but have only been out and few times and mostly end up at my place having some drinks and talking....has even got a lil heated before.

I really like this girl,but sometime I feel like I'm being used,like she has gotten mad and blown off our evening if I was unwilling to go out and buy any alcohol for her as she doesn't like the corona I'm stocked up on.Also she smokes(about a pack every 2 weeks)which bothers me ,but usually ends up with an argument if I say anything or suggest helping her quit,so I completely avoid the topic.

She doesn't like watching movies at all...WTF? completely ruins one of the best date ideas.Lately here I did what my dad suggested and just not tell her where were going...totally back fired,she was like" Oh, this place?I really don't like this chick that works here, can we just grab some takeout and go back to your place?"

We have talked about some things which kinda revealed some of her hang ups, like she has feelings for her ex,but would never be with him again ,even though she thinks about being back with him sometimes.Also things have gotten kinda awkard when I revealed to her I'd only had sex one time and always seems to have that effect on young women.

She has a problem with me picking her up from work or her parents house and usually drives to my place.

The most recent thing that pissed me off, was she last friday afternoon she asked me to rent a movie and grab a snack or something, so I rented the movie and made a cheesecake and she called said"I'm getting of in 30 minutes and than I'll be over" well 20 minutes later she calls and says she is tired and is just gonna go home,I paused and she was like "are you mad?" shit yea I was mad,but I told its fine and she said we should go out sunday afternoon for lunch....well sunday comes it about 10am and she leaves a bullentin on her myspace saying she just left for camp and will be back wednesday.


So WTF shuld I do? dump her?

I just have the shittiest luck with girls lately,from 15-19 I was on fire,girlfriends left and right ,and it was so easy,but in the last 2 years keep getting hurt.

Before this girl there was the 17 yr. old which she had so many immature hang ups.
Before that the girl I dated for 7 months told me she had to break it off because she was getting married in a cpl months.

after all that you said...what do you actually like about her? she does kinda seem like she's using you. maybe you are looking for the wrong type of girl?

I dunno, maybe its because I have a terrible time getting a girl,almost all of my recent girlfriends are hook-ups from friends or I had know them for awhile from work or something and frankly I'm not the most outgoing social guys,hell I can't even spark up a conversation with most people let alone a good-looking young women...so I figure I kinda got this one ,just make it work.

I'm assuming you're in your early 20's.

At that age its not too uncommon for people not to know what they want.

People know what they want more than they do when they're teens, but aren't fully ready to settle down.

I'd say knowing what I know now, just have fun; don't get to hung up on this girl, as she has already demonstrated traits not prone to your liking.

Go out see other people and try not to be so attach-y.

And if you absoulely want to find a "partner", then find girls yourself at places you'd find yourself at.

i think her ex was the one who put his foot down in the relationship...so she is liking the fact that , well, sorry to say this...but uuhhmmm..your being a "pooosay" .
