That, along with "coffee grounds" vomit, indicates internal bleeding and a medical emergency.

 

Pepto will turn it jet black. My former GF was having stomach pain and OD'ing on pepto. She said she was pooping hockey pucks. Doc said pepto will do that every time. She did have to have her appendix yanked about a week later though.

 

once in middle school about 8 years ago I ate Cookie Monster Cupcakes, about 3 of them, all with lots of blue frosting. I had the same problem, just in a different color.

 

i dont know about the color, but I used to bet the over/under contest with my roomate in college after we each ate a can of whole peanuts.

 

I pooped blue once.
