Black excrement usually can be indicative of internal bleeding (usually small intestinal). By the time the excrement gets to the bowels, the blood is no longer red, but black. As medicalstudent said, go straight to the doctor.

I don't think I've ever seen green poop before, esp. from me. I've seen red though, and of course, it didn't look too good with blood. Talking about poop is gross but funny.
