OK so I know we have all done some stupid things in our youth. But I'm not sure what is going through this kids mind when he thinks he can pore rubbing alcohol on himself, light and then extinguish it with a water hose. Obviously it didn't go out as fast as he had hoped.. The end of the video is priceless..

what a complete idiot. sorry, i can't find that humerous at all when a poor 17 year old girl died monday night here in atlanta because she was trapped in her car and burned to death.
