First of all, that wasn't funny at all. I think it's really sad, and it's a disability. It's not just that her parents fed her as much as she wanted. try feeding a kid too much food. you just can't make them eat once they're full.

Disability

A 7 year old kid weighing 400lbs isn't a disability, it's stupid eating with equally stupid parenting.

It doesn't happen overnight, nor does it take only a couple extra cheeseburgers to make 400lbs....unless her "disability" is an amazing superhero-like ability to warp the laws of physics.

And if the parents couldn't get a f'ing clue back when she hit the already enormous size of 200lbs, they're completely f'ing inept and should have child protection services take their daughter away.

I always love hearing the old "oh...but she's happy." Yeah, no mobility and a future of heart failure sounds like a grand old time.
