Default Basic Work Out

OK tried P90X and it failed for me. Can't work out at home or devote 90 minutes per day to torture.

So... i'm going the gym in the morning, i can do it and nothing gets in the way like it does after work.

I've been working out for years on and off and since i'm on now i want to start on some routine.

just a basic full body routine for 6 or 7 days per week, i have about 40 minutes per day.

i don't want toget into a lot of details just a web site that's got good basic info - thanks!

Hated P90x? Well you are in luck, preorders for P90x 2 start tomorrow!!!!!!!!!! I will be getting mine.

And they are only an hour not 90 minutes. 40 minutes if you skip the warmup and cool down.

But seriously, I have no website to show you. Find out what you like and that is how your stick with it. I liked to go into the gym and do machines and freeweight excercises at random. What ever was open when it was time to change stations. Keeps it varied.

Don't work the same muscle group every day. I do legs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; upper body Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday; Sunday off. Don't forget aerobic work. At least 30 minutes per day is good. It's also good to eat some protein within an hour of weight training. Good luck!
