I do 45 min-1 hour of cardio plus strength training everyday. I do my strength training in 3 rotating groups: upper body, core, lower body. That puts me at about a little over double the time frame that you're looking at. If I had to fit my workout into your time frame, I'd do 6 days a week, alternating cardio and strength training in these 3 groups. I think a lot of people overcomplicate exercising. If you just commit and try not to focus only on the muscle groups that you're strong in, you'll do fine.

I dont do lower body upper body and and stuff. i do paticular muscle groups throughout the week.

Have you looked into Crossfit?
http://www.crossfit.com/
It is a great workout that can be done in a short time. I have been mixing it into my workout routine by doing it twice a week with some friends during lunch. On the other days I do some regular lifting or run.
