Hairline fracture in foot - Tae Kwon Do

Damaged cartiledge right knee - falling from suspension bars while hanging upside down in grade 3

2 second paralysis - Kicked in the back in a Tae Kwon Do tournament (total accident, I over-rotated after missing a really strong roundhouse to the head *was going to be my "finisher" move but somehow he dodged and kicked back at me*). It was one of those moments when you temporarily lose all feeling below the waist and you think "oh sh*t, I'm paralyzed" but as I hit the floor my tailbones popped back into place (hurt like a BITCH) and I just lay there trying not to scream as the medics rushed over. Scariest moment of my life.

Compressed right wrist, damaged cartiledge right wrist, permanently twisted (2 degree rotation to the right of normal) right wrist - snowboarding without wrist protectors... enough said. Granted, it was fun to fly 30 feet... not so fun landing on my wrists first.

Bruised ribs - gym door to the chest. It was opened at speed just as I was reaching for the handle... my arm got out of the way, my chest didn't.

I've got a tiny scar on the underside of my left arm near my armpit. It happened while in London when I was 17. I got out of the shower and as I was stepping out of the tub, I had no idea that it was possible for the floor of the bathroom to be lower than the floor of the shower tub. The floor was much lower so I misjudged the footing and fell out of the tub, hooking my arm right onto a *heated* shower rack. The floor was slippery so I couldn't get myself up for about 30 seconds, all the while my arm is getting burned.
