Default BeachBody Insanity Workout

So I am just starting the Insanity workout by Beachbody. I know there have been P90x threads...but just wanted to see if anyone has tried this program. Day 1 just kicked my ass bad. Real reality check as to the work I need to do to get back to the shape I was in during college sports season

I am going to try this one in the future. My wife was the one that owned the P90x I did, and she collects workout videos (over 250 right now) and she plans to buy it so I will have free access.

My understanding of it is primarily a fat melter and that can come at the expense of some muscle mass, but if you are just looking to slim down its supposed to be great.

Keep us posted.

I don't know, I think all the things they sell on late night TV work as advertised. I'm always surprised when people need to ask if they are as good as advertised.

Cool. If you do pick it up let me know. From what I have read also it does help to shed fat more than build any muscle so I am adding in some light weight training as well. I can already tell it is going to be a real love hate relationship but this is the first time I have found myself highly motivated to get it done so hopefully the results will be gratifying
