Cool. If you do pick it up let me know. From what I have read also it does help to shed fat more than build any muscle so I am adding in some light weight training as well. I can already tell it is going to be a real love hate relationship but this is the first time I have found myself highly motivated to get it done so hopefully the results will be gratifying
Also make sure your diet is in check,you should be seeing visible results in 6-8 weeks even on 200-300 calorie deficit .Weight scales are a bad way to check progress especially if your doing a combination of Resistance and Cardio ,stick with a tape measure for tracking your progress.

Remember to take it easy starting out,so many people burn themselves out the first week jumping into a workout regimen that is way too intense for starting out.
