On a serious note, the article provides no factual basis to make their conclusion. They say you drink, then all of a sudden you might experience these new cells.

What IS proven is that beer contains carbs and alcohol, which of course turns into fat.

If they can substantiate the research I'm all ears.

I believe that it's generally accepted that alcohol in moderation (1-2 drinks/day) has benefits.. especially red wine.
