Default Best customer service

i say that chick-fil-a has probably one of the best drive thru customer service for fast foods. i go to the regular mcdonalds, burger king, taco bell, etc.... and it always seems like that half if not all the time they are pissed at you and just want you to get the hell out of the drive thru. not to be racist and all but if you going to work at the drive thru, speaking clearly in english should really be requirement.

not to mention that everytime i ask fo extra mayonaise and ketchup they always say that i have to pay for it and there is none anymore.

what do you guys think about it?

Chik-Fil-A always had nice customer service at their stand-alone locations. They'll get any old jokers to work at some of the mall locations.

Maybe it's just that they screen their employees better or offer better working conditions. I've noticed similar excellent customer service at In-n-Out in Cali, at least the several that I've been to.

I'm pretty sure corporate headquarters don't send out robots to work in their franchises, so isn't this more-so dependent on the person behind the counter, instead of the brand name?
