Lol want to experience good customer service?
Go to Hong Kong and eat at a fast food place. Then come back to a US fast food place and be in awe of the great service comparatively.
I'm guessing it's because of the absurd difference in rich and poor.

On the contrary, if you want to experience good fast food service in the U.S. go to a restaurant in Australia or another country that doesn't require tipping. A friend of mine lived out there for a while and came here and realized how big of a difference the "quality" of the service is here.
