SKYLINE CHILI!!! It's a cincinnati thing. We have entire restaurants devoted solely to chili. The two major dishes are a 3way (spagetti, chili, cheese) and the cheese coney (hot dog on bun with chili, cheese, onions, mustard). I love it. I drove past my local Skyline (it is a chili chain in cincy) today and it was so crowded that there were cops directing traffic.

Way too many to boil down to one. It depends on what I'm in the mood for!!!

A perfectly sweet, juicy orange.

My wife's flank steak jun.

Porterhouse steak, medium rare

Sea Bass stuffed with crab, rolled in Macadamia nuts and pan fried...

My wife's adobo ribs - outstanding!

Fresh yellowfin (good call, PFB!)

Chickien in a Red Bucket!!!

I did a 2 year stint in Thailand (Map Ta Phut), and there was this little restaurant between by house in Ban Chang and the refinery in Map Ta Phut called "Chicken in a Red Bucket". This was also the name of their specialty. They marinated a chicken in thai spices then put it in a red bucket. They would then turn it over on a tile and pile straw around the bucket and then set the hay on fire. When the fire had burned out, it was done. They served it over a bed of shrimp fried rice.

Excellent!!
