My brother's Windows Mobile phone was stolen. The thief deleted all the contacts and started adding his own...right onto the exchange server. We had access to all this guy's contacts.

I just tried fixing a problem with a blackberry the owner of the company I work for has. It's truncating emails with no way to view the rest. These are HTML emails and the blackberry storm is totally blowing the formatting of these messages and then truncates the last third of the message. I searched google and this appears to be a "feature" of the blackberry with no way to change it to display the whole message or get it to download the rest on demand like I can with my iphone. My iphone also doesn't totally jack up the HTML formatting either. I haven't been too impressed with the blackberries I have had to support.

I have one sitting next to the Iphone, guess which one I use? It does seem to have decent battery (C-S2) life when new.
