Default Best TV Brands???

Im currently looking at some 20" color televisions for my room. I have shortened my list to Sony, Panasonic, and Toshiba. These are all flat screen with digital comb filters(whatever that means). Anyway, which brand do you think is the best among these 3? Any recommendations?? Thanks!!!

Definately check out the toshiba's.. They're a little cheaper than the sonys have near the same picture quality and the 20AF41 is the only 20incher Ive seen with component inputs (YCrCb). http://www.toshiba.com/tacp/tv/20AF41.html

I used to work at Best Buy. The Sony's and Toshiba's are both good. I was looking at 27" flat screens a few weeks ago too. I went with a Toshiba, side by side it looked a little better than the Sony Vega and it is a little cheaper.

Mitsubishi is very good as well. I have a 27" Sony and it's great - absolutely knocks the socks off my brother's Panasonic. Toshiba is pretty good as well.

The variations might be smaller on a 20" set then a 27 or 32 might show, however.

Sony always produces high quality products, especially their high end stuff. Had a 20" sony wega, beautiful screen and picture quality. Go for the sony!

mine: sony 32" wega XBR <-----XBR is key...much better than lower wega's

picture is outstanding, especially w/anamorphic DVDs (it has built-in letter box capability). well worth the ~$1600 i paid.

p.s. retail is ~$2k..i got a g00d deal.
