Diluted Woolite will work if you are too cheap or lazy too buy leather cleaner.
Saddle soap is not made for modern leathers and not a good option. Well, actually, since your jacket is circa 1980, saddle soap may be a good option.

If your jacket is that bright, it has to be a finished leather, they don't make unfinished leather that light. You can use any finished leather like you would use on your car seats, they should be very similar. The jacket will be a thinner leather with less finish so it is softer and thinner, but the basic properties are the same.
