Default Best way to ship a trunk lid?

I need to ship this CF trunk lid from California to New Jersey. What is the best way to ship this thing? It's very light, maybe 7 lbs, but I'm sure if UPS requires me to box it up, it'll be in a huge box, and they will charge me by the size of the box instead of weight.

I was thinking Greyhound, but I was wondering what others have done?

Thanks,
Jeff

Does the USPS have a flat rate box big enough?

Greyhound Express - it goes on the bus, is hand handled, and cheap.

I got quoted $40-45 so I might do that. The only thing is that the person has to pick it up at the nearest Greyhound station which is 26 miles away. Oh well, he's cool with it.
