Default Best Wireless Company???

I would like some feedbacks on your experiences with your wireless company. Currently I use Verizon and I'm pretty satisfied with the plan although I get many dropped calls. I think I might give either AT&T or VoiceStream a try once my contract expires.....I might be able to get those Motorola v6o phones for around $60.....

I had Verizon for 5 years and switch over to Voicestream for the technology.

I have three phones I switch out when ever a battery dies.

$60 is a good deal for the v60. My gf paid $130 for it just a month ago. Just go with AT&T, for 39.99 its 400anytime/3000 nights/weekends/Choice of 3 options. (free long distance)

Verizon is probably the way to go currently. Cingular is okay... AT&T rots and Voicestream will be bought out before too long. Voicestream recently acquired Powertel (in the SE US) and Powertel went to hell with a quickness. Deutsch Telekom had intended to 'merge' with Voicestream after the merger with Powertel but profits have been WAY down and looks like Deutsch Telekom is no longer in the market but Cingular and AT&T are both showing interest in Voicestream.

Where can I get a v60 for $130 or less?? I was about to buy one TODAY for $200 (WITH a $50 mail in rebate taken off!). Is it an online site?

Cingular in Los Angeles SUCKS!

You're better off not having a phone if you go with Cingular because it's practically the same as not having one.

Yea, my friends who have cingular don't like it...I don't know why they switch to somewhere else, but I guess it's part of their family plan, or something like that.

Anyways, I have Verizon, and I get great reception everywhere, except in my lecture halls, which is a good thing. I have the v120 I think (the peanut shaped one), and it sucks, bad. I pay $45 a month for 300 anywhere (along western region), unlimited nights and weekends. Unfortunately, Verizon now considers their night time to start at 9 PM and ends at 7 AM, I think.
