Default BestBuy PWNT

Ever have any return issues with Bestbuy, how they seem to find every single excuse in the book to void a warranty or not honor them?

Well I went in to take my PSP back this morning cause I wont even turn on, and I bought the 3 year extended warranty and have only had it for a year and 2 months now. So theres a new bestbuy that opened just down the street from me, and the return manager blows me off, says that my extended warranty they sold me has to be taken up with sony?! So its pretty obvious that they just wanna make numbers since its a new opening, but I got this yesterday from a different BB

After the warranty and some extras my reciept shows 6500 ish, and since it was within the 14 day period, he had no choice but to take it back. Serves em right for being a dick and lying to me, 6520.58 > 169.99 wouldnt ya say?

Just a nice BestBuy PWNT story I thought id share ^^.

Bought the plasma less than over the weekend, but the PSP I have had for over a year and they basically told me they would not honor the extended warranty on the PSP. Since the TV was within the 14 day period, they had to take it back. I was pissed they dicked me on the PSP, so I figured I dont need another TV right now.

ok so you returned the tv dropping their sales. I can't believe they dont help your psp problem.

I had a problem with Fry's where I had to take a reciever back like 10 times. I thought it would be lemoned after 3 but they says it had to be the same problem 3 times. I lost it and told they guy to call up Mr. Fry if no one could help me. I started yelling (very unlike me), and ok and behold, I got a while new theater in a box to replace it.
