Does the manager know you returned the TV? If not then you didnt really stick it to anybody. Maybe YOU got the satisfaction but the employee getting $8/hr that did the return isnt gonna give a damn. Had you actually told the manager you were going to return the TV to stick it to him I would bet he would have fixed the PSP.

I have had a solid boycott going of best buy for about 3-4 years. Awhile ago I went the and bought a auto wiring harness for a new head unit. I gave the terd in the auto audio section the right information, but he gave me the wrong wiring harness. So I go home to install my new head unit, and, alas, it was the wrong one/size. I take it back to best buy to exchange and they didnt want to exchange it because the wires were exposed on the harness. I told them that it was the employee's fault and that I would stand there until they exchange it for the correct one ($20 harness). They caved, but I vowed never to go back....I did, however have my wife go there a few months back when we were in the Nintendo Wii hunt (we were desperate, but they still didnt have them there).

ok so you returned the tv dropping their sales. I can't believe they dont help your psp problem.

I had a problem with Fry's where I had to take a reciever back like 10 times. I thought it would be lemoned after 3 but they says it had to be the same problem 3 times. I lost it and told they guy to call up Mr. Fry if no one could help me. I started yelling (very unlike me), and ok and behold, I got a while new theater in a box to replace it.
your mastery of the english language amazes me

Sure does, he was the one that had to come and authorize the return! I gave him a big smile and asked how the new opening has been treating him.

VERY NICE!!!!

i had problems with bb also. i found a tv that was cheaper at circuit city and bb refuse to give me 110% price match. which was ALL BULLSHIT cuz it says on their customer service stand.

ot but do not ever buy tv from frys electronic that says "MANAGER SPECIAL" sticker on. they are all return items and most of them have problems. i fought them and lets say i won. got all my money back including shipping.
