So I roll up to Rodeo drive to go to Tiffany and Co. The whole way I'm talking to LA native, Drewchie (thank god he knows his way around here) and man, talk about BLING BLING.
I know it's been described and old hat for the socallers, but since I'm new here.
I mean in 20 mins I saw 14 modena convertibles, a Maybach, a New rolls shadow, a Murciealago (i don't care if its misspelled) roadster, 6 of the new bentley coupes, and an aston db9. It was crazy.
I was drooling the whole time. I wish I had my digicam.
The thing that really cracked me up about the rolls was upon closer inspection (it was parallel parked on the street) was the curb rash on the rims!

I'm currently dealing with a client who has properties on Canon Drive and Camden Drive, one of which once included a dry cleaner. He would rather risk the possibility of a future site remediation for perchloroethylene comtamination in the subsurface soil at a cost of $100,000+ than let me do a soil vapor survey to find out and let his high end restaurant tenant know that there is a possibility of an environmenatl problem. This boggles my mind. BTW, this client is a name you all know.
