Default a BIG girl in the passenger seat!

Recently I made the dream a reality and bought a kegorator (Costco had a deal too hard to pass up). A friend with a Jeep helped me get it back to the house. After I got it all set up, I found myself at the Shopper's Food Warehouse eager to get a keg to put in it and get the beer flowing. Although it was against my better judgement, I covered the passenger seat with paper grocery bags and a Shopper's employee helped me load that baby in "shotgun". Strapped it in with the seatbelt and I was good to go. I actually drove the speed limit for a refreshing change (so God-forbid it wouldn't shift around inside my car) and, ironically, I think that it saved me from a speeding ticket from John Q. LawDawg on the way home. Long story short, made it home safe and sound, no damage to seat, and the cold beer on tap is a beautiful thing!

awesome, I don't think our costco has kegorator's. Pics of kegorator? How much was it? Was the top down when the keg was riding around?

The biggest thing I have had to put in the S so far has been a wakeboard in the passenger seat. barely fit. Would have looked really goofy with the top down.

The kegorator was $499 and it will fit any size keg (and I am the man!).

I worked in a liquor store while in college. It always seems that people show up to get their keg with an inappropriate vehicle. I loaded many kegs into the front passenger seats of cars and strapped em in with the seatbelt just as you described! Glad to see you didn't damage the seat. Enjoy the keg!
