Well, I *WAS* hugging the girls on either side until the blond goosed me! Just look at her face and you can see it, she's broke out giggiling like 3 seconds later It was a great time for all ^__^

 

I'm new to the world. What's Goosed mean? And I play tons and tons of Solider of Forune. Do they deathmatch? Team play or what for the prizes? How much does it cost, and where the hell is the next one!!!! I love BF, and Sof2!!! I play Jedi Outcast for fun, and whip out the ole Quake 2 for classics.

 

Oh and by the way, in my experience of gaming. Girls let alone pretty ones, do not and I REPEAT! do not play games. How the hell did these girls get suckered into doing the photos? They are either:

A: Girlfriends of gamers

B: Paid models to give the nerds something to talk about besides porn

C: They came with the building...

 

I think it's B, kinda like a babe booth in terms of import shows..

 

They actually work for Sony. Sony gave a free retail boxed copy of Planetside (massively multiplayer online FPS) to everyone. The girls came with Sony's sponsorship of Fraga, and posed for pics all over the hall. They also helped hand out prizes.

This next section is to answer all Cristople's questions

There were about 70 girls playing at Fraga, and fully a half of them were in the hot department. The percentage of girl gamers is rising quickly. For example, last year, I think there were 10 girls in the whole damned hall at any one time. This year, there were a whole lot more.

Fragapalooza is a twice a year event. There is one in Eastern Canada, in Toronto, called Fragapalooza East, and is a smaller, "lite" version of the main event, Fragapalooza, which always takes place in Edmonton. The next biggest event in Western Canada is Lanageddon in Calgary, and for the East I have no idea.

Costs (in Canadian dollars for Fragapalooza main event) are: $50 prepaid w/o shirt, $70 w/ shirt, and if you register before a certain date (like a month and a half before the event) you can have your username embroided on your shirt, which is what's on mine in the pics ("LordVagabond|Rev909"). If you don't prepay, then it's $65 at the door to register

Goosed means when a member of the opposite or same sex pinches your ass really HARD.

As for the games, at a LAN event as big as this pretty much everything and anything is played. DM's, co-op play, Team DM, CTF... on friday I think there was a whole row (about 25-35 people) playing SoF2. We had a couple of 64 player games of BattleField going, and Jedi Outcast had a few games going.

The next Fragapalooza is July 2004. Fragapalooza East takes place February 2004 (I think).
