Yep, jackets are much more expensive than your budget. However, helmets are within range. As for the gay guy with high-tech desire, I'd go for a good set of PC speakers (because I'm looking for those myself ) or decorative mirrors for his new place.

How about a Foreman grill for the first guy? If he doesn't have one already. Or a couple nice framed posters or something?

 

Power tools? Maybe a Dremel? Dremel attachments? Maybe bike jack so your bf can work on his ride?

 

For the first guy, how about an N'Sync poster? Don't know, never bought anything for a gay male before.

For the boyfriend, get something for YOURSELF that he will enjoy.

 

You can get him a nice set of riding gloves if he doesn't already have some. Nice jackets are well over $500 I think.

 

give him a hummer while riding with him on his new bike (not sure about the geometry of it).
