wow just went through the tread after my initial post I was way way way off. Sorry for your misfortune and I am truly sorry that I suggested he might have been a decent human being.

As for the Email thing, we fired a guy at my last, well two contracts ago job. Don't do anything HR will find out they have spies, he will not get out of this one without some hidious remafications from HR.

Take the high road, hold your heas up and go for a derive, best medicine I can suggest.
