BMW M-Roadster (Dinan ISR 3)
So there's an MRoadster in the parking lot at work, with aftermarket wheels and a big exhaust. It's also got 'Dinan' and 'ISR 3' badges on the back. I know a little about Dinan and what it takes to get the badges on it, but I had NO idea about this. 'ISR' stands for Intercooled Supercharged Roadster. It's a $37000 conversion!!!
(http://www.dinanbmw.com/html/prices/m%20ro...r%201998-99.htm) that puts out 396hp http://www.caranddriver.com/xp/Caranddrive...yfile_dinan.xml

cool, I have never seen the car in person. but, in my local BMWCCA Chapter, there is a guy also has supercharger on his M roadster. He is outputing something like 350HP+ and got custome body and wheels. I remember he is runing 305 or 325 size of tire in the back. Let me assure you, it is like driving on rail.
But, little bit about Dinan, they don't sell badges. If you see a car with a Dinan badge, be afraid. Chances are it got a supercharger.

The weird thing is, based on the Car And Driver article, it's not as fast as I would have expected -- 4.7 0-60, tested at 13.4@106 (claimed 13.2@108).. Wheelspin maybe?
